Celery Harvest
We managed to harvest a truck load of celery!
First Harvest
This week we had our first harvest of radishes and beet leaves. The radishes are great to eat on their own or in a salad and the beet leaves are great for making beetniks.
Transplanting Session
Rows on rows on rows. Seeding is almost complete for the field project.
